Checkin lady was on her personal phone with earbuds talking to someone and pretty much did not greet or talk to me except a short word or two instructions and tossed my paperwork to me. Never been treated those rude before. I guess that’s the best they have in Springfield MA. Luckily check out lady was much nicer in the morning.
