The room smelled amazing when we first arrived. The staff is very friendly and accommodating… even providing my wife with a razor and shaving cream because she forgot hers. This is our second stay here and we look forward to many more.

This hotel exhibited an outstanding customer service experience from each staff member we spoke to. The rooms were clean and location and proximity to the Mass Mutual Center was just an added bonus. We will book this hotel if we come this way again!
