Pretty run down. Clean but full of bugs, if that makes sense. There was a spider on my bed when I went to get in it, and there were people smoking weed in the parking lot by their vehicles.

On 3 occasions on one day I could not get into my room and had to get a replacement key; some areas of hallway needed to be cleaned; nearest ice machine was not working; staff were courteous; lawn/yard was well kept

Our room smelled like rotting garbage. Shower was filthy, not sure there were fresh sheets on the bed ! We paid for a upgrade with premium bedding and snacks ?? Hate to see what standard was if this was premium. My door card didn't work .. no one answered the front desk phone. No amenities. We were just there briefly after a concert .. could've wait to leave.

Reeks of cigarettes in hallways, lobby, and outside. Towels had stains and then when I wiped water off the floor after a shower it was very brown from the floors being dirty. The room, minus the floors felt clean and was comfortable. Great location for a show at Treehouse.

Security Doors propped open consistently. "Keys" left on the stairs.. Seemed like a haven for illegal activity. Our "King" room had a queen bed. Checking in, heard three customers complain / change their rooms for various reasons, but one because windows wouldn't lock... Very unsafe building.

The floors in the hallways haven't been swept. The rooms are pet friendly, but, our room was gagworthy when we entered. The smell was horrendous. Dogs must have been having accidents on the rugs for years without them being shampooed. Fingerprints all over the windows mirrors. Dog hair on the floor. Dogs boogers and nose prints on the Windows. Looked like blood in the bottom of the Bathtub. Location was great, but they need to up their game with cleanliness. We were worried about contracting something. Room smelled and looked like a kennel. We tried to clean ourselves. Staff was nice I'm guessing they were just understaffed. Not staying there again unless we absolutely have to lol

Doors needs upgrade kept messing up with the lock system . Miss the pool ( there no pool here like it says .pool table though ) But for a night Stay its good DD is next door at a 24 hour gas staion. And Cheech and Chong Dispensery next door if your into that . Most of All Treehousr Brewery down the Street !
