I checked out a couple of hours after checking in. It was safer just to return home. The exterior door did not lock, so anyone could just enter the building. The door lock to my room wasn't working properly, and there were dead spiders/cobwebs in the shower stall. Carpets in the hallway are filthy.

This rate was very good. Room was clean, bed was soft. There was path through the Nextdoor tree line to walk to the Dunkin Doughnuts/Circle K/Subway which was super convenient. Across the street there was an authentic Mexican food truck with awesome Burria tacos stationed at the Cheech and Chong dispensary. Yankee candle was on the opposite side of the building and Tree House Brewing was 1.5 miles away (surprisingly best pizza in W Mass!) The only negative thing of note was that the ac unit was loud when the compressor turns on and needed to have the filter cleaned by pulling it and running it under water (which I did) but I explained to the staff how to do that and they said they would include it in the monthly maintenance schedule. I had cool weather during my stay so I was able to simply open the window and get fresh air. I recommend a room on the front side of the building vs the rear so you don’t have the I-91 car noise. I will be bringing my family here again.

We had a standard room. It was very clean. But there were things that made the place seem cheap: Beds springs were skweeky, but ok if you like something with give - OK for me. No hand towel - just two smaller bath towels and two face clothes. Only black out curtain - so no shear curtain - so you couldn't get outside light unless you want people in parking lot to see you. Also, fan on heat/air was loud so we just left it off. So kind of a lot of money for what you got.

Was surprised that the pool I loved was gone. There was no clerk at the desk and no one answered the phone when I arrived. Waited 10-15 minutes. Room was ok. And was given room on 1st glass requested. Later when the door lock seemed stuck, the night clerk responded quickly.

Pretty run down. Clean but full of bugs, if that makes sense. There was a spider on my bed when I went to get in it, and there were people smoking weed in the parking lot by their vehicles.

Our room smelled like rotting garbage. Shower was filthy, not sure there were fresh sheets on the bed ! We paid for a upgrade with premium bedding and snacks ?? Hate to see what standard was if this was premium. My door card didn't work .. no one answered the front desk phone. No amenities. We were just there briefly after a concert .. could've wait to leave.
