Appreciate that you always know what you're getting at a Hampton. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I tend to be a light sleeper in hotels as it is, but was woken by the door across the hall closing (closers on the doors slam the doors a bit if you don't catch it) and the traffic was also easily heard.

I always choose this hotel when in the area for business. The staff is incredibly professional, efficient and kind. Room is comfortable, location is great for food and shopping. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. We’ve stayed with you before and we like it. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to work the shower-it was set up for a handicapped situation. Next time we will ask if we can have a room with a non handicap shower. Thank you.

The includes breakfast and convenient location is one of the main reasons we like to stay in this hotel. It’s usually pretty clean but the property is a bit dated and could use some updates. All in all a solid choice and our first choice when we visit West Springfield.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Close to our event, rooms were clean and everything worked and though there is always that one loud group the staff was sure to address and fix the issue.

The hotel has a water/flood problem. First floor is the worst and should be avoided until remedied. If you have a breathing problem you should choose another hotel. Staff is responsive to request for more towels.

Clean but run-down

This place has seen better days. The room and hallways are in need of a serious renovation. This is the second time i've stayed there and probably won't again unless nothing better is available. The one person I interacted with at the desk was very nice but everything seems a little run down and dated. The bed wasn't comfortable. The toilet seemed to be 12 inches off the ground which was really strange. The shower/bath controls were a challenge to turn on and off (I don't know how an older person would have neen able to pull the handle out as it was hard). The bottom of the bathroom door rubbed against the floor mid-swing while opening, etc. etc. A log of little things. It was clean but run-down is the best I could describe it.
