People on our floor slamming doors and yelling in the hallway well past midnight. When I called the front desk for help, they said they were helping another customer and would be up shortly. No idea if they ever came up, but when it didn't stop after another 30 minutes I called again, and again the front desk said they'd come up. Not sure if anyone ever did, as the noise continued past 1am, and finally I just turned up the white noise on my phone and cranked it next to my head to drown out the noise. Would not stay again.

The shower wasn't cleaned - there was a mysterious stain on the shower floor that easily rinsed away so I know it couldn't have been cleaned before that and there was hair stuck to the wall. (gross) The heater made a very loud clicking noise about every 5 minutes for about 1 minute. It felt like a torture device. Even my white noise app on loud didn't drown it out. I had to sleep with a pillow on my head. But at least the pillow was super comfy! The breakfast wasn't very edible. Eggs were dry and tasteless. Coffee was decent. Staff was very friendly. Lobby was clean and modern. It was close to a lot of places so convenience was there. My brothers live in the area so I visit frequently but won't be staying here again.

Nice spacious room!! Nice large bathroom with big counter. Great shower, good pressure and good spray. Nice thick towels. But no clock, no notepad or pen. Bathroom had weird faucet & needs towel rods, esp when they don't do service every day anymore the way hotels used to until covid when they learned it saved them money to stop. Then they never brought it back. So how is one supposed to dry a wet towel? A single hook does not dry a towel the way they hang all bunched up. They dry on an actual towel rod & there are two big walls that could hold them. Since they don't do service daily I asked just to have my bed made. Well they didn't do it & housekeeping was gone when we came in at 6pm. I asked the front desk why they didn't, & was told our "do not disturb" sign was on our door WHICH IS A BIG FAT LIE!!! It was hanging inside our room. Also the bed should be on the other wall so it faces the tv. It hurt my neck looking at it sideways and there is a perfect big wall the bed could go on instead. The hotel is in a great location for the many attractions here! Breakfast was great! Lots of choices & plenty of everything. But they need more fruit besides brown bananas a& tiny green apples. They had good coffee & real half & half! They had cookies out when we arrived Thursday & we had a couple. But none for the weekend?! All in all it was ok. Just very upset that their staff would LIE. That's just unacceptable. But they did have discount tickets for Basketball Hall of Fame!

Breakfast was great. Workers were very helpful when running out of things and helping my children make waffles. However, 2nd floor was unsafe. Seems there were beds, end tables all broken down just laying in the hallway. Ice machines were not available other than on 1 floor of an entire hotel.
