The phone where not working in the room the sink was clogged the shower head was filled with mildew the fridge in the unit smelled up the entire room the menu were sticky the bedding was stained. There was a fight between two room 201 and 205 between. The hours of 1 am to 3 am, I got no sleep. I am requesting a refund or another stay at another hotel.

Do Not Stay Here!

Some shady characters hanging in front of building. Clerk at front desk was nice enough, but after walking with multiple bags/luggage, all the way down to the end of the hallway to the room I was assigned, the room keys did not work. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk for the clerk to say "Oh sorry. My bad, I forgot to program the keys". Finally walked into a room that had an awful smell to it (can't describe, but not good), rug was dirty, microwave was dirty and made a loud noise once it was turned on, coffee/tea maker was also dirty. Bed was not comfortable, comforter made out of some strange paper like material. Exit door at the end of the hall near my room was open to the public. I know this because I originally parked in front, but then moved it to the exit door near my room to be closer when coming & going. People in and out till all hours, banging on room doors saying "I know you're in there! Open the door!" I did not feel safe at all. Was supoosed to stay 2 nights, but checked out after the 1st night. Didn't care that I was going to lose the money for the 2nd night, I just wanted to get out of there. Would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The place was okay. The major problem was the room. The heat went in and out all night. Eventually it was just blowing cold air, we had to shut it off. The shower was broken, the handle on the shower didn't work. There was very little water pressure, and no hot water for morning showers. I probably will not stay here again.

The room was dirty with dried blood on the door frame, we booked two queen size beds and ended up with two full size, there was toilet paper behind the toilet and the shower was filthy we didn’t even use it. The pool had so much chlorine it burned your eyes just from the smell. The caisher who checked us in was rude with no personality what so ever and when I went down to ask for an extra pillow I was told they couldn’t get me one because they were alone and couldn’t leave the desk. This was after I stood there for 5 minutes before finally saying excuse me to get the lady off her phone

Not bad. Heating/ac unit was gross. Mold in vents not cleaned. Bathroom toilet and shower had hair in it. Room smelt musty.
