Very warm hospitality!

It was an older hotel and so we took that into account. Not the most nicest place to stay, 2nd floor walkway was uneven as it had a hump in some places as you walk. Inside was old, dark and musty. Beds were firm and the walk to Disney was only 15 minutes away but we won’t be staying at Castle Inn in the future. Housekeepers were nice but front desk was not very personable.

Overall experience and expectations, we're great!

I booked a corner suite for 5 nights. My initial thoughts when I first entered the room were that the room was spacious and nicely decorated. After walking in and putting luggage away, I noticed a heavily stained rug in the living room area with crumbs on it. In the bathroom, it looked like the cleaning people left in a hurry. The bathroom necessities were strewn across the counter and the hand soap was missing. There was a regular size round table big enough for 4 chairs, but there was only 1 counter height chair, which made it awkward to eat. I requested another chair and hand soap, which they brought right away. The table was I called room service a little before 8p and they ran out of chicken wings. I ordered cesar salad with grilled chicken and a grilled cheddar cheese sandwich, which was really good. My son had a cheese burger with bacon. It was ok except for the bacon that was burnt and too hard to eat.
