My credit card was hacked and the person used it to say at this hotel. I tried contacting the hotel but could not get a live person to talk to. I was hoping that the hacker would be caught in the act but unfortunately the hotel was not responsive. I'm sure whoever stayed there could not provide the front desk with the credit card used and a correct driver's license. Seems like since you are asking for my review, the thief was able to stay there.

The staff were attentive and polite and the room was clean. It was nice staying near the pool and hot tub and fireplace. We enjoyed all of those features. The pool could use some maintenance it’s just showing its age. Our only complaint really was the mattress. It needed to be replaced. It was very creaky and very very lumpy. To be fair we didn’t complain to the staff because we liked the location of our room near the hot tub. They may have done something about it had they been told. It’s time for new mattresses.

This property was convenient to everything we needed. It is a bit dated but the plus is the two king sized beds instead of two queens or doubles. The pool area and lounge outside lounge area were nice. The bistro had good food.

Our check in experience was terrible. We were accused of not paying for our room through Expedia and presenting a credit card that declined which was untrue. The front desk clerk was argumentative and accusatory. Insisted that we present a credit card to recharge nightly room rate. Not trained well and made us feel awful. Too bad the front desk clerk Melissa was not working when we checked in. Ants in our first room all over the bathroom and wet bar area. Moved to a different room that still had an ant problem, but not as bad.
