Disappointing service. I left an item in my room and called that night to locate it. I was told they couldn't look because the room was occupied, so I left m,y email with them so they could notify me when they did have a chance. I haven't received an email a week later. A small request was clearly too much to ask. It cost me $80 to replace my item and for all I know it could have been returned with minimum effort. Out of sight, out of mind it seems is their customer philosophy.
