Property is in a good location. Cleaning is subpar, with hair on the wall of the shower and the refrigerator smelling badly of someone else’s leftovers. Very loud in terms of the cleaning staff shouting on the hallways and hearing doors opening and slamming shut. They need to invest in better sound proofing.

1- Sagging doors of bathroom and closet. The bathroom door was so hitting the side that we couldn't close the door, and simply had no privacy when using the bathroom. 2- Toilet bowle was not flushed and so so dirty.

I was very happy with this property , never staying here before we were looking for a hotel that would be located close to restaurants, shopping and a friendly staff! Well the expectations were better than expected!!! We will return when the next opportunity arises and can’t wait until we can get back to enjoy Del Mar again.

So close to the beach, across the train tracks. Smaller hotel and friendly staff, along with delicious made to order breakfast, made me feel like home.
