Needs an overhaul! Dirty!

The room was very dirty. Stains on the headboard and carpet. The furniture was falling apart and looked like it had gotten wet at one time. Possibly the room flooded.

Good hotel - poor parking

Service at check in was great. Parking garage flooded due to rain and my car could not get out. Front desk as not helpful with a solution and city does not have many ride share options. Eventually security opened a side gate in the parking garage and we were able to leave to attend the event we were in town to participate in. I was told I could park in the Aquarium parking down the street but that has signs that say no casino guests. Room service did not answer the phone either time we tried to get a meal.

Bathroom had black mold all around the shower. Not very clean. Needs update badly. Way, way overpriced for what we got. Only two places to eat, Pho place or steakhouse. Seriously? At a casino hotel? Never again.

I was very disappointed that a unattended bag was left and security was called with no sense of urgency, I feel that all safety issues for guest should be top priority.

Great hotel, the area was a little run down with a few homeless people walking around near the entrance. The room was pretty clean with a few areas that was dirty but still tolerable. I would definitely stay here again all things considered.

Where do I start.. First off when I arrived the check-in process was OKAY. Nothing like I would have thought for a casino hotel. They don't clean your room, they give you the sheets to make your own bed. Then I requested towels one night and never got them. And had to wait in a line for 30 minutes to get my room reactivated AFTER I made it to my room. Never again will I stay there!
