We had a great time at this casino & hotel. The hotel staff were great, the casino staff were alright, it was hard to try and get a drink at the games. Our only issue was with the dispatch security when my husband lost his phone. We got the vibe that the security guard was being inconvenienced with our request to pull up footage where his phone was last seen by us two. Nothing else was done much. Other than that, our stay was great.

Huge beautiful room. However not many essentials; no water glasses, no bath mat, and the smell of burning marijuana reeked thru the halls and even into the room.

The room I ended up with was great. I had traveled all day between Texas Arkansas and Louisiana, so I didn’t get to the hotel until about 8 o’clock at night which they informed me they didn’t have a room for me and I would have to wait until they could get one available. I wasn’t happy after about 45 minutes. they finally got me a room. It was a bit of a upgrade, but it’s still very disappointing.

try a different casino....

upon entrance to the room I found the bathroom trash can half full of the previous customers trash, our room was never touched in 3 days....day 2 we saw housekeeping in the hall and ask for clean towels.....she wrote something down, but did not get them...bathroom mirrors, most anything metal was rusting and needs to be replaced....for being a casino hotel....quite disappointing!!
