y'all need to remodel this property bad or sink was stopped up in our room. so dark and dinghy especially in the rooms. solid. Food is terrible. staff is not friendly at all!!! i will never stay here again. sorry we never complain but this place needs help !!!

The people at the check in desk were so friendly and had great recommendations for the area. Our room had a beautiful view of the Red zriver. The casino staff made gambling fun! We never played roulette before and the lady explained it clearly.

Stayed here for 4 nights on business and was treated like a VIP. They were very accommodating on everything and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. While I was there I did enjoy the pool and gym also.

Everything was clean neat. Only is we were late travelers and no food in casino offered. Everything was closed in side had to order out to eat but that’s my only complaint. Great price we had a great view of the river.

No valet parking for hotel guest. Room was outdated and dirty! Restaurant staff not attentive. Was very disappointed with our stay and wasn’t worth the price. Will pay more and stay at Margaritaville next time.

We checked in: floor wet in room-refrigerator had leaked. They told ua at first they were full- manager did great and switched our rooms. Needed extra pillows and we were told by front desk they were full and they did not have extra pillows to give us. Phone doesnt work beside bed and only speaker works on desk phone. Went down for coffee (starbucks) expresso machine was out of order. We would not recommend staying here- we took an uber over to Margaritaville for the evening. We chose Sams Town because we had never stayed here and the others were full as well. Very dated, VIP area not open, it seems to be dated and just doesnt compete with the others in town.
