Better than some

They do nothing to rooms unless you ask for it- including fresh towels. Bed linens had holes in them. Construction noise did not make restful visit. Restaurants were good, overpriced because you’re trapped unless you want to drive somewhere. Adjacent shopping center is beautiful but only has about 6 businesses. Charges for room were almost twice what our reservation through hotels.com showed on our confirmation.

I was here for one night. Check in was easy. Air conditioner noisy when clicking on and off. Bed was huge, but extremely lumpy. The room was big. The bathroom was clean and big. After a long drive climbing into an uncomfortable bed gives this hotel a 3 star

The room was very clean, the bed and the pillows very comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure. I also LOVED all the cool mood lighting in that room! Will definitely stay here again

This resort is beautiful. The room was clean and smelled amazing. The only thing that made this not a perfect stay was the construction noise we woke up to. We stayed the evening to rest from a long travel day and woke up to early morning jack hammering and the whole room vibrating.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms and most of the hotel have been recently renovated which was done very tastefully. The rooms were warm and inviting. We also enjoyed the pool which had great poolside service. The area around the hotel looked like it was once very cool but is now rundown. The casino was small and the pool closes early for kids but overall the hotel stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Shreveport.

The pool is ridicoulously small for a hotel of that size. It was a hot day and there was zero relaxing. There were about 20 kids in the pool and about 25 adults and there was not one spot to just sit and cool off. Margaritaville is a vibe/way of life and a resort like that should have THE BEST pool or biggest pool in the area. But its the smallest. Sad. We wont ever stay there in the summer again. Maybe in rhe winter but definitely charge too much for those rooms without better resort ammenities.
