I felt unsafe staying there! I never checked in. There were homeless people and many teenagers hanging out in front of the building. The place looked very rundown. I was scared that if I woke up the next morning, my vehicle wouldn’t be there.

The property and room was a disaster. It was obvious there is no maintenance program in place. Broken elevator, second elevator went to second floor, opened door, returned to first floor, then back to second floor all day and night, broken blinds, dirty a/c heater vents, clogged sink drain. Staff even said there is no maintenance being done by the owner.

I normally stay here and I have never had an issue, but OMG where do I start! The room that I was given was in bad condition. The ceiling inside of the room had a residue of mold across the ceiling and the paint was peeling. Inside of the bathroom, the ceiling was falling in and there was black mold in the corner. The floor was stained and there was bugs crawling on the walls as my guest and I went back to the room. I don’t know what happened to this amazing hotel but it has went down hill. SMGDH😢 This was so disappointing because this was one of my favorite hotels to stay at.

This location is at best a 2 star hotel. I'll start with front desk customer service, try greeting the customer when they arrive in the lobby. A little ( welcome in, we will be with you shortly) would be nice. Next the complementary breakfast was horrible, area unclean & employee on personal call using profanity. Next the rooms need upgrades. Hallways smell bad and overall this place need lots of improvements.

They couldn't check me in because their system was done and they di nothing to make accommodations. They had to cancel my reservation and I had to sleep in my truck. The next morning I spoke to a lady who was very rude when I asked about a refund and speaking to the manager. Now I have to go through all kinds of stuff to get me money back for something that was not my fault.
