A room key had to be re-keyed every time we went in. The facility was in need of painting, and some repairs in the bananas were overly ripe the TV had to be reprogrammed before it would work.

Pissed because my room was located by the elevator that just so happened to be out of order the day of check out and I had to carry my suitcase downstairs. Other than that I can say the staff in the food area was really nice

The staff at check in were super nice. The room was new, spacious and clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. And the towels were above average. Parking was adequate and well lit. The immediate area was not the best but I did enjoy an early breakfast at the Waffle House.

There was a roach that fell out of our towels and washcloth. I will say at first when we reported it the front desk staff wanted proof so brought down the cloth with the roach inside. Liz who was part of the evening staff was very kind and asked if we wanted her to send up someone to spray in the room, At least she was trying to give some hospitality and resolve. We checked out the next morning.
