Wet carpet in the room, no room service on day 2, no fresh towels on day 2, ice machine was out of order, toilet seat was loose, bath tub didn’t drain water, button to turn on shower was broken, half of the water came from shower head other half poured into tub. We reported all problems on day 1 and they didn’t come to the room to fix anything. the stores are permanently closed. It your expecting to stay at Caesars like Vegas, don’t come, very disappointing hotel.

The staff greeted us with a smile. They professional and courteous. The room was spacious and spotless. The bed felt like home. The hotel restaurant food was delicious. Will stay on my next visit.

The tub did not drain properly. This is not the first time I have expereinced this at the Horseshoe. This is a serious problem. All they said when I checked out was thanks for letting us know. Not sure that I will return, plubming shoudl always work well. Also I could hear the alarm clock in the adjacent room go off. Comes acccross not very private room from sound.
