Never again unless no other options

This hotel is in terrible shape. Signs visible to guests about if staff doesn’t like their shift they can find another job; rooms without door knobs and other missing pieces. No chair in room- only beds. Elevator broken day of checkout. Staff laying head in their arms at desk when we were leaving- looked either really tired or hung over. Shower not fully functional . Fixture used to hang toilet paper broken off with a jagged edge/side affixed to cabinet. I’ve attached a pic of the pool from our room. It’s fenced in and not for use, but it gives you the idea of how management doesn’t really care about upkeep. Beds looked clean and internet worked.
They care slightly more about the inside than they do the pool.

The property is not one I would recommend. The front desk attendant was professional and friendly. Check in was easy. On my way to the room, the hotel room doors had chips in the paint. Some doors did not have handles. Bedding was on the ground in the hallway. When I tried to open my door, it was stuck. I went down and asked the front desk attendant about it and she recommended I try harder to push it open. Someone managed to push it open for me. When I got into the room, one bed was not made at all, and the other was poorly made. It looked more dirty than inviting. The building smelled... I will say again that that the front desk attendant was wonderful. I'm glad to have my reservation refunded immediately.

I want my money back, thats the bottom line. Country Inn is my hotel of choice when I travel but this location is horrible. The room eas dirty, the towels looked like they hadn't been washed and the let out sofa had a big red blood looking spot on it with no linen provided for it and no blanket for the bed. The attendant said we would have to come get some new towels and linen ourselves, she couldn't bring them. After having to go get them, I was given more dingy looking towels and dingy sheets with a ripped up blanket. I am a Very unhappy customer.

Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Price

We had to be moved out of both of our original rooms during our stay, which was already a major inconvenience. One of the rooms had a filthy bathroom – the tub was disgusting, and it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The second room seemed fine at first, but after the first night, we returned to find a random puddle of water in the middle of the floor with no explanation. Completely unacceptable. Overall, the hotel looks like it had a bunch of quick patch jobs done just to get by, rather than actual maintenance or quality repairs. It’s obvious they hiked up the prices just because of the softball tournament in town, but it was absolutely not worth what they were charging. Looking back at what they normally charge, that’s what the stay should’ve cost – and even that might be a stretch considering the condition of the rooms. Definitely would not recommend.

Conveniently located right across from Shreveport Regional Airport and just off I-20, this hotel is ideal if you need a quick, functional stay near the airport. The room was surprisingly spacious with a nearly full-size fridge, microwave, and hot plate—definite pluses. However, the property is much older than the pictures suggest. The TV was outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn, and the overall condition of the building shows its age. It felt clean enough, but not upscale or even average by today’s standards. The area felt a bit sketchy after dark, though the parking lot was well lit. If you’re just passing through solo like I was, it gets the job done. For a family or longer stay, I’d probably look elsewhere. Overall: 2.5 out of 5 stars—functional, but set your expectations accordingly.
