The room was clean. Staff was courteous. Had an incident with the safe. I was not able to get into it after I place my values. It took a couple of hours after I had checked out for the staff to break into it and return my valuables. Also as I was packing my car I was locked outside and checkout time had not arrived . I believe the doors should remain accessible with my room key, since I jad mot checked out the room.
