I booked the hotel because of the five five-star rating below. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I know the ratings are all fake. One can father it from the fact that all ratings were made at similar time. 1. The reception staff told me that there is no window in my room. I told her that it has not been so stated in my booking. After some discussion, she eventually gave me a room with a window 2. The room is not dirty but it is not spotless either. There is rubbish between the wall and the drawer. 3. The photos you see show the hotel in its best. The actual hotel is much older. 4. It is stated in the hotels.com that breakfast is included. However, the receptionist told me in the morning that no breakfast is included. Again, after discussion, I was given a breakfast, which is something from KFC. It is my worst experience with hotels.com You can stay in a better hotel than this one with the money you paid

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed—comfortable beds, a great shower, and even a little seating area to relax. The location is perfect too, just a short walk from local restaurants and attractions, which made exploring so convenient. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and we loved the cozy atmosphere in the lobby. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip!
