Well positioned hotel. Didn't like the attempt to get us to go to a time share presentation at check in. We did get a patio over looking the pool but we were expecting a balcony but we were told they don't have balconys

I was extremely pleased by the spaciousness of our 2BR. The unit was older. It really could use a deep clean by housekeeping and a look over by maintenance. The pool areas were great!

What Bell provided were excellent during our stay there. Using laundary was flexible and free. They put room service in the hallway till 3 or 4 PM everyday just for the people like us who came back from morning hiking after service hour and can still pick up towel, etc. Very thoughtful!

Great amenities, we loved the pool! We had a wonderful room on the first floor that had a kitchen suite so it was perfect. Just steps off our little patio to the pool. Nice location, we walked right to Bell Rock for our hike from our condo.
