When we got to our room neither key card worked. Someone came back with us to let us in. The room did not have the heat on, so it was very cold. The light switch by the door did not work to turn on the lights and the tv remote did not work. We were moved to another room that was better, but one of the outlets next to the bed didn’t work and the tv often tiled. We did not complain about this second room as we were exhausted from traveling all day. The staff was pleasant and the hotel had some nice activities that we weren’t able to attend. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but overall the room could use an update. Paint was chipped on the doors and baseboards and the lighting in the room was dim. The location was very good for what we had planned while in town.

We enjoyed our stay- clean comfortable room with a balcony and great view. The hotel was very friendly and offered daily activities and amenities that we enjoyed- they even have a dog park! We sat outside around the fire tables and enjoyed the patio. Daily breakfasts were good and the on site restaurant Mole was very nice too. I definitely recommend this hotel

Best continental breakfast ever. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting. I’d go back just for the breakfast. Beautiful walking trail right behind the hotel that was doable with small children. It ended up being our favorite trail of the trip. The hotel itself was quaint, quiet, cozy and clean. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely boom again.

Great location and the free breakfast was as good as any I've seen, especially for hotel so large. Property was nice with several activities to choose from. Room was a bit dated and tight for family of 4, and struggled a bit with climate control in room, seemed either hot or cold.

This was a nice hotel, with a very spacious room. With two queen beds there was still plenty of space for suitcases and for everyone to spread out. Having the fridge was nice. It was very clean, and updated but not fancy. (You could tell it was "flipped" from an older hotel.) We had a stunning view from our balcony of the red rocks! Beds were comfy, but bedding was sparse. There was a little hike with a fire pit at the top that overlooked Sedona, which we loved. Parking was full if you came back late. I took off one star because we were a little removed from the Sedona Uptown; now that we have visited, I would choose to stay closer-in if I went back. Also, note that they charge "resort fees."
