We called to have the room clean and returned to the room with dirty sheets , half made bed and trashed had not been picked up? The staff took the generous tip we left but sadly left a mess in the room ?

The resort is presented beautifully and the plantings are well tended. The rooms are a different story! Cheaply furnished and poorly designed. No housekeeping appeared for a few days.
