There was a construction site right next to the property where they put us and they started working at 3:30 AM woke me up. Same for the second night plus they put somebody in an adjoining room and they were up making noise till 1130 at night.

Checked into the hotel and then was appointed to the concierge, who then tried to upsell on us on something we told him multiple times we didnt know if wed have time to do, was very adamant and pushy. As we were trying to be nice he kept us there for 30 mins until he realized he wasnt getting a sale he became very rude. Also, didnt even ask of we were interested in the jeep ride. I dont know if he was trying to sell us jeep rides or hotel membership rewards. Not a good taste in my mouth after that i didnt even want to stay there. Bathroom was poorly washed and crumbs still on the table upon arrival. Then my fiance went on the porch to a giant tarantula (not the property’s fault obviously) I dont know if ill be coming back to this place.

While in the game room area, the staff turned off the lights while we were playing pool. They could have asked us to stop playing or tell us lights were going off. Very rude.

The property was very pretty and a lot of amenities. The pool was beautiful with backdrop of Sedona red rocks. The issue was the noise and acoustics of the walls. We stayed in a studio. The people in next room were loud and drunk and it sounded like they were in same room. I would have complained to front desk but I didn’t see a phone in room. It was not noticeable with couch bed out. It was in corner and I did not see. The noise made my 11 granddaughter cry and we were considering sleeping in car. At check out I told clerk. She just stared at me and said nothing.

View from our balcony was beautiful. Room was very nice. The only thing was all the stairs. We expected 2 flights when we were asked if we were ok with stairs. This condo had 4 very long flights of stairs. If we were only staying 1 night it might have been ok but we were staying 3 nights.
