Perfect place for exploring the Sadona area. Staff was awesome, dining option on location were great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We experienced the spa services at the hotel and that was very nice. Recommend booking in advance.

we had a terrible experience, the room was permanent noisy. Maintenance affirmed that it was the hotel's heather and there was no solution. When we requested another room the manager told us "that lately former guest have not complaint about the noise" and that everything was fully booked in our category. besides the noise I believed the hotel is overpriced for what they offer

The location was very nice, particularly in proximity to the attractions of the mountains, dining options and excursion offices. Most staff were pleasant and helpful, especially those in the restaurant and there was a female front desk person (possibly manager) who did try to make amends to some of the confusion we experienced.

Great location, staff were super friendly and made sure to make us feel special. Conveniently location right by the main street with shops and restaurants, were able to walk to dinner. Really enjoyed our stay!

The location is very central to the town center and the staff is excellent with their service and fast response to any and all inquiries.

Very nice hotel. The location was convenient as long as you are physically able to walk down a very steep incline when coming back to the property. The staff was excellent. The restaurant and bar are exemplary. Many of the small details like linens and mattresses could use some improvement. Also there is no true resort amenity. The pool is nice but no food/ beverage service is offered there. There was a water carafe set up at an empty bar but was just left unattended and empty from Sunday afternoon until we left Friday morning. Our room had an issue that the hotel tried to address with a bandaid approach early in the stay . We finally had to move for our last night. They were kind and gracious about the issue. Comped the least expensive meal we had enjoyed which was still appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the friendly service from 100% of the staff and the convenient location + valet parking service. Just enjoying the art displayed at the hotel is worth your time. They are very pet friendly. And OMG the margaritas… you have to spend time at the bar. They are pros. The spa is a bit overpriced IMO compared to spas I’ve experienced in other destinations and here again could use some improvement on fine details. Slamming cabinet doors and squeaky chairs have no place in a spa room! The services delivered were wonderful but the delivery was less than devine.

11/10 stars for Amara. The resort is beautiful, food/drinks are amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful all around. We stayed in a creekside suite which was a good size and very peaceful. I arranged for a flower package after an engagement in town and the staff went so far above and beyond to help me get the room set up. Truly an unforgettable stay. Couldn’t recommend more
