My room was clean, the property quiet. There was a breakdown in communication and I was never notified my room was ready because the front desk didn’t know. There was trash around my building and it stayed there for the duration of my stay, five days.

Loved this property! Great pool choices and super clean and well kept. The property we had was the 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and wonderful large patio. There is ample space for a family and the kitchen is large and several dining options within. Loved the large kitchen table which could probably easily seat 6+ people. Our unit had a washer/dryer. Also the bathrooms are large and each has a whirlpool tub. While I'm not a huge fan of the "open air" shower trend the shower is large and nicely done. Beds are comfy- we had 2 kings and there is a sofa bed also. In room safe is a necessary thing in my opinion. Parking is easy and our unit was only a short walk to a beautiful and clean pool with a waterfall and hot tub. It didn't seem like there was much of a walk for any of the units as there are 4 pools available. I think ours was the nicest. Club house has available to buy food and toiletries as well as a full service desk. The property is convenient to downtown Sedona but it is not walkable. Views are spectacular! I would definitely stay again and not hesitate to recommend to friends/family. Only negatives to me: units are a bit dark, Spanish style-- I also didn't like that you have to carry your towels to and from the pool. While I understand this it would be nice to have some kind of drop off service and re- towel option at each pool. I would love to see a "make up" mirror in the bathrooms as the lighting is not enough for close face work or similar.

We came into Sedona for a wedding and this place was perfect. Had others who stayed at B&Bs and other hotels but they really like the Hilton Sedona Vacation Club. They even had a Native Indian Jewelry show on Saturday enabling us to pick out some really nice gifts for the bride and groom. We hope to return to Sedona again in the future and will book again at the Hilton Sedona Vacation Club. Thank you got helping out a special day.

Our stay at this property was great. The one bedroom suite was clean, spacious, comfortable bed, full kitchen with utensils, grill outside less than 60 ft from the apartment. Bathroom with tub and shower, good quality toiletries. Very attentive people at the reception. The pools and hot tubs are awesome. It was a great place to stay closed enough to Sedona but not in center of town where a regular, small room was double the price.
