Beautiful area

Beautiful place, nice room. Staff was friendly. Beautiful property grounds with a great view. My only complaint is a $25.00 a day resort fee is not needed. One day it snowed so bad you couldn’t even access the pools/hot tub and they wouldn’t refund me. This is not Vegas with a large resort and lots of things that would justify a resort fee. It doesn’t even include WiFi that you have to pay extra for.

Everything was great (clean bathroom and kitchen, safe area and freindly staff), excepr the carpet was a mess. I highly recommend keeping your sheo on or have slippers. Unbelievably dusty

It is a nice property in a residential neighborhood, with great views of the mountains around. Studio kitchen is convenient if you don't want to dine out all the time. Lower level units may experience noise from stomping neighbors upstairs. Also, there is a resort fee of $25 per day in addition to your upfront room fee, which adds up, and is not a good value.

I loved that washer and dryer was an accommodation. Did not not need coins to wash or dry. Did not like the noise coming from neighboring suite. They were to loud u can hear them in as they were close to the door which is thier kitchen area. The kids were loud and running and stomping inside.

The place is great. I love the full kitchen in the rooms. The amenities are great. Staff is polite and helpful. I have had a great time both times I have stayed here.

Once we arrived onsite everything was wonderful! The views from the hotel are beautiful. The convience from the hotel to downtown has been great. I cannot say enough beautiful things about this property. We will definitely be staying here if we return to Sedona anytime!

Front desk person was extremely rude and unhelpful when checking in. Flight was delayed and came into the resort after midnight. The front desk person took over 20 mins trying to find our reservation. She finally found it and told us it was canceled. Asked her who cancelled it and she said the resort due to no show. She wasn’t friendly more irritated cause we came in after midnight. Find it so unprofessional just to cancel our whole reservation based on being a few hours late to check in and they also charged a no show fee 🙄 ridiculous. We came from Hawaii and will never stay there again

Everything was great. Forgot our laptop charger & they didn’t have anything we could use…I’m sure plenty of people forget their chargers, we stayed at a Marriott previously & we had use of their (left behind chargers) to use during our trip as well ;)
