As a Marriott bonvoy VC club owner I prob won't be back. We booked a night here to check out Sedona for the day. We were visiting from WA.
The staff and check in were nice. The rooms not so much. The first room we checked in wasn't ready/clean yet it smelled so bad like fish/shrimp/pet we had to move. Then as soon as I checked in to the room which was a studio. The maintenance man knocked on the door and wanted to come in and fix a handle on the bathroom cabinet. I kindly declined. No thanks we just got here.
Then the next room was so full of mold I couldn't breathe/sleep. The bed felt like a trampoline and hard and springy. Not comfortable at all. I would not stay here again. I couldn't sleep so I went to the front desk to let them know of the mold and to show them the pictures of the mold.
Nice location, rooms need a update and makeover. Very 1990 old rooms.
