Very disappointed

Beds are noisy and uncomfortable. Amenities are sparse. Telephone message screen lights up every 2 minutes throughout the night lighting up the room. We had to throw a towel over the phone. Interior rooms are small and entered through a narrow corridor reminiscent of a boarding house. Small window looks out to a wall. No closet for hanging clothes. Wood chair is used as a perch for the TV cable box. I really wanted to like this place as the manager was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately the interior rooms and corridors are claustrophobic. Hopefully exterior rooms are better.

Even though we were in the original units, everything about the suite was excellent! Unfortunately, though, we had booked (my error) an upstairs room and my husband is a bit handicapped. So...I had to carry everything (including my dog) up 21 stairs. Still, I'd highly recommend this dog-friendly lodge so close to Uptown Sedona.

The bathroom sink and shower were filthy. The living room lamp was damaged and a shock hazard. The check-in staff was great, and the parking felt safe. The area was well located near hiking and restaurants.

Little small nice room we stayed at for couple of nights but will recommend looking at other rooms what they had when they weren’t available overall I enjoyed every little bit of everything especially this definitely help me to stay close to Sedona overall highly recommend next time

Nice property. Big room. Nice kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and had nice pillows! You had to request housekeeping which I didn't like but I get it. My only complaint is that housekeeping did not make our beds when they came through.

Spacious room but no night stands. AC can barely cool the room and is noisy. AC was set at 62F, the room temp is 72F. Bathroom has a nice design, but lack of usability/practicality, almost zero space for toiletries. Shower is big with fancy walls, floor, but no shelf for soap, shampoo etc... no shower door. what is the use for a big shower, but I can't utilize the space, since I have to stay close to the shower head to avoid water splashing out to outside. There were mosquitoes in the room. I think we got a renovated room. It's not worth $170/night that we paid.

Our new Favorite Hotel. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, great recommendations for dining and shopping. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, quiet/safe location, and very close to hiking trails. Cant wait to come back again.

Few things that make this not a 5 star review. Pictures of the room are deceiving. It seemed like a significantly bigger room online when booking.. I hardly had any room for my two mountain bikes and all our stuff in the room. Second dislike - There were little to no accommodations for mountain biking or anywhere to wash our bikes. Third dislike - The Wi-Fi in our room was horrible signal, it took a whole day for it to connect and work properly. 4th dislike - shower was dated and could use a remodel. It was hard to stay clean and keep our stuff clean. Biggest win for this property is the closeness to the trailheads that are the best in Sedona without having to go far to park at all. There are resorts in the area for similar prices with much more accommodations.

Rosemary checked up in late and was very friendly and polite. Room as excellent -- clean and bathroom was updated and very clean. Parking was ample and easy in and out to main road. Next time I will rent the bigger room since we like to come in early and relax before going to bed.
