The ac in my room didn’t work so it was leaking and I love the room. I got because I had a nice view and it was close to the entrance the parking and the pool since I have bad knees that’s something I mention when I registered… since the AC wasn’t working,They had to switch my room and it was very inconvenient for me because I had to walk a lot more. It was on the other side of the hotel.

Property is old and outdated. Seems like they're working on it but the rooms all have Woody's carpet with fresh bathrooms and paint on the walls. Our mountain view room have a view of the pool and a small window area with a view of the hotel. This is definitely not a $300 a night hotel. Maybe because the location but that's about it. Beds in the room are old humps in the middle

The property was lovely and so fun. I do wish their restaurant was better. It had fun activities but the food was expensive and honestly terrible. Everything else - the service and the spa were awesome. Lots of options to dine elsewhere...I would avoid their restaurant.

Sedona is beautiful and very expensive all around. We travel a lot, and this resort was very over-priced and underwhelming. The staff at the front desk was wonderful, and we had a mixed experience with customer service in the restaurant. It was an extreme between some very wonderful servers to the most cold and grumpy servers that we've ever expereinced. Especially the coffee bar staff in the morning. All I heard from them was how much they wished they could have called in sick. The room was decent, the beds were comfortable, and for over $400/night, you'd think there would be silverware in the kitchen or hand towels, cups, dishes, or something in the kitchen. I had a spa service, and the massage therapist was great, but the spa itself was concerning. The hot tub wasn't working, the steam room smelled moldy, and it was the most I have ever paid for a massage anywhere. The fitness center, however, was great and our Thanksgiving buffet meal was incredible. Our whole experience was a range from great to shocking or disappointing wherever we were at this resort. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Nice place to stay, but quite a rip off. Room was 850 / night with 55 dollar per resort fee and then a 18 dollar daily charge for parking. Definitely not worth the price.

Property is outdated. The room we had in our suite had a view of the parking lot which was about 10ft away and loud. The restaurant food was a joke - I ordered the chicarones appetizer for $20 and it was literally a handful gas station porkrines tossed over guacamole. My medrare wagyu burger was well done and tasteless. The French fries had been fried and refried so they were extra extra old and crispy. Finally, apparently you have to opt in to having your room serviced otherwise they won’t make up your room, but they don’t tell you this during checkin. There are way nicer hotels in the area at a more reasonable rate - will not come back

Really nice pool area. Suites were a little cramped. Dining options on property left a lot to be desired but there were several excellent dining options within h walking distance. 2 warnings to people considering staying here 1. $60 of additional daily fees. Resort fee, taxes and a parking fee that they did not mention at check in 2. This resort is in Oak Creek not Sedona. It is a 20 minute drive to downtown Sedona. It’s a scenic drive so it isn’t terrible.

Nice tucked away location and clean common areas nice view of Bell Rock from small balcony hotel food overpriced for quality but convenient if you cannot leave resort pool and lounge chairs need updating suite was nice size but four interior doors maybe replace with pocket doors to minimize all the swinging slamming doors AC was not constant and the fireplace remained on at low despite being turned off which contributed to lack of temperature control for the suite
