It is an absolutely beautiful place. We were sad to go because of the wildfires, but they were so understanding about us having to leave early and didn’t penalize us at all. Spending the day Creekside is what it’s all about. Watch for the Great Blue Huron and make sure to get a bag of duck food. They’ll swim right up to you if you’re in one of the Adirondack chairs folks like to leave in the creek. The rocks are a bit slippery, so bring some water shoes or grippy sandals.
