Drury Inn & Suites - accommodation in Sedalia

staff was abrupt, bordering on rude. Didn't get my "VIP perks.' Apparently, the free omelets they have been offering for breakfast for over a year are now pay-in-advance at check-in, without notice before my arrival. One of the biggest reasons that I return to this hotel. Check in at 4. They were rude about my wanting to check in at 330 last time, so I went to dinner first. At 5:15, I received a text asking me to call them and tell them what time I was checking in. There were no open tables at breakfast, despite fewer than 3 dozen guests. They had half of the eating area closed off. They put me in a room halfway down the building from the parking lot, on the 4th floor, again with fewer than 3 dozen cars in the parking lot, and my placing my reservation over a month ago. I had to walk half the length of a long building every time I went to my car. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past 3 years, and loved it until my past two visits. I will NOT be staying there again.

The front desk staff especially one which I plan on sharing my experience about, needs to be reevaluated.
