This was so gross we asked to switch rooms. when we got into a different room, it was just as bad. There were stains and public hairs on the sheets. We left immediately and went to a different hotel. They would not refund our reservation. TERRIBLE! DO NOT stay here!

There were ants all over the place. The tv had no power cord because they said someone stole it and then told us they didnā€™t have any other rooms. The hot tub had no heat. The employees got mad and got an attitude when we asked for more blankets.

Best hotel ever 10 stars.

This place is amazing. Good service and good vibes. The front desk people are so friendly, kind, and very welcoming. Itā€™s pet friendly and I was glad to find a hotel that my dog and I liked. I stayed here for a week and I was happy to be there. Thank you so much I will be coming back.
