Great area, staff are very helpful and friendly. Reason i rated the prosperity condition 3 stars as the air / heater was so loud, as loud as a helicopter. Also the room around the pool area, located outside of the building wasn’t that great, and was very cold. I was lucky that the staff was be able to switched me to another one inside the building.

Don't stay here. It's gross.

This room so was run down and it didn't even seem like the room was cleaned very well. The lamps had a layer of dust on them. The rug was old and dirty, basically coming up and lifting in some areas. The bathtub surface coating was flaking, there was water damage around the tub and tiles were coming off the baseboards. No surface felt clean. We did have our pet with us and were probably in a pet designated pet room, but that doesn't excuse the state this room was in.

Property was pictured as having more of a park atmosphere around it when it is literally in the middle of business area. Advertising site made it out to be more upscale but found it to be "just an average" facility. We felt staff was a bit stoic with just a business tone and unfriendly.

My first room was unclean so they moved me into a different room that also was not clean. Red algae in the sink, dust and hair build up from shaving. Marks on the walls that were easy to wipe off. Made me feel icky. Asked for discount or refund. Still waiting on that.
