After I checked in, I asked the receptionist if she could tell me which restaurants we’re in the area. I was floored when she said no. even more so when we drove out of the parking lot and passed Joeys Pizza, in a strip mall behind the hotel. Incredibly, when I went into the room, I noticed that Pizza Hut had an advertisement on the key! Queen bed was advertised on the Expedia website but we were given a full. Shower had black lines in the grout. Unfortunately, it only got worse the next morning when I saw that one of the breakfast options was Little Debbie oatmeal cakes. White bread and jelly…no peanut butter or any extras. They did have a waffle machine, but the syrup dispenser was broken. They were also two brand new machines that offered hot and cold water but the hot didn’t work. Very disappointing stay for a Wyndham hotel.

The beds were super comfy. The continental breakfast offered was ample for most but nothing much gluten free(didn't expect it). Just some dirt in corners, possible mold on wall/ceiling. May stay again but will search other hotels in the area first.

Very nice property

It was a very nice and comfortable property. The breakfast area was nice and included waffles. The only negative I experienced was that the light around the mirror flickered a lot, but we mentioned that to the management when we checked out.

Recent reunion trip to Scranton

The front desk personnel were wonderful and great employees for your operation. The room needs a bid mor cleaning in the bathroom especially the mold and mildew on the tub. Many of the fixtures are loose and need attention by the engineering/maintenence department. the bathtub needs a mat or something that makes it non sliip. Your choice of light switches is bad. Your complimentary breakfast needs serious work, even the Days Inn and Motel 6 have you beat on this point. I must say that the height of the bed is unique but comfortable, the maids should make shure that the clocks are set correctly., a print out of what the stations are on the TV is called for. The Irons are nice but Maids should make sure that they are empty of water lease over time they cause mildew and corrosion in their tanks. One of the lamps in my room has a burnt out light bulb or the lamp itself is defective. You should have a plug for charging your phone or lap top, especially for guests who forget their adapters. The shower head is loose as is its mounting, the pipe is loose in the wall. The shower head is substandard. Sorry for my being so specific byt after 48 years in opening hotel throughout the USA, I notice things. Once again your Staff were wonderful at check in and check out.

Annoying check-in process, overall just ok

Repetitive checkin. Texted me before checkin saying to fill out some steps like payment and ID to speed the process, but when I got to the hotel they asked for all the same items so it was a waste of time. They also wouldn't just charge my debit card, honestly so annoying when you NEED a credit card for incidentals...otherwise the bed was comfy and the shower was very hot and good pressure. Clealiness wise, definitely some stray hairs and stains on the towels but overall average.
