Room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Mini kitchenette is a great feature if you’re staying a few days because there are many dining options nearby and you can bring home and reheat leftovers with a table to eat and a sofa for relaxing. We had two separate reservations on back to back nights due to shifting travel plans and winter weather. At check in, the front desk attendant merged our two reservations into one so that we didn’t need to check out or switch rooms between reservations. It was seemless and easy and quick! Superb experience and exemplary customer service.

The hotel staff was very nice and professional, however we felt there was a lack of communication throughout the hotel staff The hotel and room were clean overall. The pillows however were uncomfortable but that is due to personal preference. The hotel computers at check in were out of service and we were charged for copies of my credit card. The issue we had was that the pool was out of service until the evening of our second day there. We chose this hotel due to the location and it having a pool and hot tub. When we checked in we weren’t informed they weren’t working. Once we went to inquire after wanting to go to the pool, we were it was out of service. We waited 45 minutes until staff said maintenance would show up to check it out. They never did. I’m very disappointed with our stay regarding the pool/hot tub just because we were looking forward to this.

Great staff. Check under the sheets before settling in – it seems that my fitted sheet was from the previous guest. They immediately switched my room for me. Definitely check the HVAC as well before settling in. They were very accommodating. Good amenities and breakfast.
