I was turned away at check in because I have 2 dogs and didn’t realize they weren’t allowed there. I have contacted Expedia when it happened to get a refund. They are telling me management at the property aren’t returning their emails or answering their calls to confirm. So they were around and happy to say o couldn’t stay there but not to refund. Next stop Better Business Bureu

My stay at this location was very disappointing. I have stayed many times at the Poconos Mosaic Mountain location and always had a great experience, but this Scranton location was completely different. The employees were unprofessional, and the breakfast area was especially bad. The breakfast attendant was sitting at a table looking like she was sleeping while guests had no place to sit. The dining area was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was far below expectations. The location itself has potential, but the service and cleanliness need major improvement.

Honestly.. the woman at the counter and the tech gentleman made what could have been a horrible experience fantastic. Apparently there is a change over in the internet happening and that company doesnt let the hotel know anything.. had to switch my room, but again the associates were so accomidating💖

All the staff that work the front desk are very pleasant, professional and very helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service. My room was very clean and the lounge area was very clean also. Overall my wife and I had a great experience.
