The property is in what looks like an industrial district so there was a bit of noise during our stay. The toiletries were lacking during our stay- there was no conditioner or hand soap and the lotion was half used. The drain in the shower was taken out and just sitting in the tub? Due to these issues in the bathroom it just felt like the room wasn’t cleaned or prepared very well.

This property was not clean!!! The blinds were all torn off and people could see right into our room! The floor hadn't seen a vacuum cleaning in forever! The person who checked us in should be taught what a smile is. She was very unwelcoming. In the morning, we couldn't wait to get out of there, but had to wait until 7 a.m. for a desk clerk to arrive so we could get our cash deposit back. This was WAY TOO expensive for the value. Although breakfast was included, you couldn't have paid me to eat there!

Location is 15 minutes drive to downtown. Frontdesk clerk recommed Joe's Crab House in downtown; however, the restaurant was closed down for over a year. Odor in room and the shower didn't work. Long check-out process.

Some of the towels had yellow stains on them, and the shower, toilet, a nd bathroom in general was not very clean. The sheets and bed didnt seem clean as well and the pillows were way too small. The window was cracked and unable to be closed and the ac wasnt working prooperly. After complaining about all this to the front desk and nicely asking for a refund, the manager denied our request and we were forced to spend the night in the grossest hotel room ive ever stayed in.

The staff was extremely nice and super helpful. There are areas that are under repair but overall nice location. They had free beer or wine with cheese and crackers that was an added plus. Our room was clean and had a great smell.
