We always enjoy our stay @ The Thompson. the staff is super friendly and helpful. It was a lovely Thanksgiving evening stay.

Room was clean. The view was fantastic. The towels and floor mat linens were a bit worn or frayed. Did not seem like a Hyatt level touch. The Bar Julian had sticky tables (along the edges) and food/dirt on two of three menus we were given. That part was not a great impression.

We are not worthy! A motel 6 with an attached sizzler steak house would exceed this experience. Room wasn’t ready, 45 minute wait for breakfast, begging housekeeping for service and $7 room service delivery charges are all part of the VIP experience at this overpriced pretentious hotel. The highlight of the experience is bell staff and front desk who are abandoned by their manger who hides in the shadows while the young staff fields complaints. Proof that not all youth of today are snowflakes. Thanks to the courageous young guys in the front and a food and beverage manager working all day on Thanksgiving who all stepped up when others cowered.

The Thompson Savannah does everything right, from the beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable bedding, and all the amenities. All the staff were friendly and extremely professional. Hands down one of the nicest places I have stayed at.

The Thompson is a beautiful hotel on a good location. Great rooftop bar. Staff is friendly and attentive. Our room was a corner location with a river view. It did not disappoint. Place is per friendly and unlike most, does not charge a fee. Shoos and restaurants were a 10 minute walk along the river.

Great room with a terrific view. Roof top bar was perfect view at sunset (could have used heaters but they were broken) Food and drinks were good. Restaurant was expensive but quality was good. Public parking garage was close and convenient.
