Room not as advertised. Rusty tub, grime on all fixtures, bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we checked in. Bathroom floor was missing tiles and has not been mopped in a very long time Still not mopped after requesting they clean. Wall had large gouges in it, just overall subpar to what is advertised and the cost. Breakfast was good; the breakfast staff were phenomenal. But don’t pay $270 for a good breakfast.

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful historic hotel, located conveniently (10 minute walk) to everything! The breakfast was amazing, the afternoon wine and cheese social with entertainment was something we looked forward to each evening. Sadly we didn’t get to have dinner in 45 Bistro, but the menu was outstanding. Rounding everything out, was a pleasant and helpful staff, from front desk to housekeeping to valet. The only suggestion I would have is that they need to have better selections of pillows as they were very firm. Will recommend this hotel to all!

The hotel was great. We even had a spooky experience. However the other guests were……hmmmmmm…… rude. We called and asked if our little could come down and watch the live music during the wine and cheese reception. The hotel was totally fine with it, the other guest made us feel very uncomfortable and we left shortly after the music began. Same feelings during breakfast. Maybe we didn’t have “the look” of others staying at the hotel. (Having loads of tattoos and dressing more alternately) either way we still paid the same amount as everyone else. It’s lame to feel out of place by the uptight other guests.

A wonderful place that enhances the Savanah experiences. Historic hotel that is walkable to many of the the best restaurants, and attractions. Staff is awesome and makes your entire stay a complete pleasure.
