I got 2 king size rooms. One room had a microwave and the other had no microwave. When asked about another microwave being put in the other me and my guest were told that king rooms don’t have microwaves only the rooms with 2 Queen beds and that I shouldn’t have a microwave and someone would be up to take it out of the room but I refused for it to be removed during my staff. The staff is very unprofessional and I will never go back. I also didn’t like the fact that my rooms were not cleaned properly.

Perfect locale

GREAT location, walking was easy to everything along the River, restaurants, shopping, galleries and river walk. Perfect, inside restaurant and bar was quick and convenient. Parking attendants very courteous and quick, too. Will return everytime we are in the Savannah area.

The property was fine. The Valet was a bit overwhelmed over the SCAD move in weekend. Could have used two people instead of one for that time. The room had NO USB ports!!! Kind of shocking, and rather inconvenient, in 2025! Buy a lamp or something for each room that accommodates USB!!

Cleanliness earned only 4 stars bc I noticed that the stainless steel faucet in the tip was not shiny and clean. Soap scum still on it. There was also a strand of someone else’s hair in the tub. Floors in room didn’t feel clean to bare feet. The tub didn’t drain very well. Comfort: great to have a Keurig, and thank you for replenishing the stock each morning but we needed stirrers. Also, bath towels were small. Larger body towels would have added a higher level of comfort. When towels were replaced, we did not receive a new floor towel. I noticed this only because I was bathing a toddler. Funny smell of “old” in the room. Likely just bc of climate and old building, but it was off-putting at first. We got used to it and it caused no allergy issues. It was not something that would keep us from returning.

We for a girls trip. It was much farther than we had anticipated from the places we wanted to see. They did clean the rooms daily, but they did not make any beds. We found that very unusual. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was nice. Special shout out to our valet, Cleveland! He was super friendly and remembered us every time we walked in and out. On the negative side, the coffee in the lobby was really weak (not that big of a deal but other guests we were in the elevator with had the same response). My biggest issue was the mattresses being very uncomfortable. It felt like either the mattress was very old or hadn’t been flipped in quite some time. I did not sleep well either night.

Ok stay - looking elsewhere for future trips

Good location, but wasn't impressed by the offering or room. Had smart TV, but none of it was connected to internet, so I was not able to use the features or even cast to the TV which is common in almost all hotels I use. No water in the room, and AC unit on the wall was not active, only able to be controlled from the window unit. Sink did not drain either. Overall, not a bad stay but will be looking elsewhere for my next trip.
