This place is ran by cheap & greedy individuals. Breakfast is provided w/ a charge, but it's not worth a dime. Valet is $30 nightly & they're unable to move with urgency. The room was half cleaned. My white socks were left filthy. The tub wasn't cleaned at all! We had to clean it ourselves. When we ran into housekeeping she barely had cleaning supplies in her hands. This place is a joke. The only thing that was great is the location. If you book a stay here you'd understand exactly what I meant by my first statement. I'm highly disappointed!

El cuarto estaba limpio pero muy descuidado, las paredes con raspones desconchandose, rotas el tope de la cama roto, los posillos olian mal. El hotel no tiene parking asi que tienes dos opciones pagas el valet parking a $30 mas taxes o buscas donde pararte frente al hotal hay un public parking el cual estaba cerrado.

I think the room could be refreshed - painted, etc. Found dust bunnies many places around the room. Fresh towels and making beds were fine. Courteous staff. Ebony was great!

Room was minimalist and Maxwell house coffee k cups. But walls in bathroom had cracking and peeling plaster and some mildew around the tub. Wouldn’t stay again for the price

Was fine for one night but they could update a lot of things here. The hotel is clearly in need of updates (doors paints, showers etc) but it appears like they tried to mask it with some nice furniture but you can see dents in the doors, chipped paint, and the tub was leaking. Location is really good and it’s not a totally bad hotel but definitely not as advertised. Also they don’t offer parking and only give the option of a $30 valet per day when there’s a parking deck in front of the building that charges $20 max per day and we parked overnight there for $8. Same with breakfast being extra charge you can definitely get more for your money somewhere else.

Good for the $$$ amount 3 days stay. If they has enclosed breakfast be more interested in future☺☺☺. Aditional $13.00 for breakfast is not bad, but can be on the original price for more customer turn around!☺☺☺☺

Room was clean, hiwever toilet handle would stick so toilet would run non stop. Facility appears old and could use upkeep. Not sure it was worth the 444.85 i paid, but staff was great. No complaints about any of them.

The front desk person,Ebony, was wonderful. Recommended using the Downtowner-a free shuttle. Our room was at the end of the hall and our internet service was poor. Had to go to the lobby to connect my laptop. Room was clean and the hotel's location was good.
