Beautiful place right next to river rooms were clean and nice but bathrooms were to small shower pressure was great needed help with luggage was going to cost more plus a 25 minute wait so took it down by myself to have to wait 25 minutes more for elevator because it was so packed and only 2 we’re running

Very old rooms, dirty carpets, and by far the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen at any hotel I stayed at.

I was in 502 and they had no shower curtain, went down to the front desk to let them know about it. When I called to let them know they can come and bring the shower curtain they brought up a torn shower curtain.
