The staff in general are very helpful especially Tequila. However, this is NOT a 9.0 as advertised. The hotel is very tired, bathrooms were very small toilet in between shower and sink - dirt in corners, toilet paper on floor, ceilings were cracking. Doors and windows were very dirty, carpets buckling, walls very thin, you could hear everything!!! Does nothing for Hyatt Regency brand. They should dump it.

Everything was excellent. The service, the room, the view, we were traveling with two shih tzus & even the received pets by all! Huge perk, the elevator down to River Street. That made my day when i discovered it!
