My only complaint is the air conditioner is SO LOUD it sounds like an alarm. It’s not room to room it is the whole hotel. I woke up at 330 and couldn’t go back to sleep thinking an alarm was going off. Other than that the staff, location, etc is fabulous!!!

Hotel was very nice, clean, great location. Most of the hotel staff was excellent, check in, bar, restaurant staff was good. Breakfast waitress wasn't very attentive seemed like everything was a bother. We ordered off the menu instead of the buffet. valet service was very good at drop off but check out to leave was poor. Text the number and code. got a message I would have my car in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I walked into the parking garage to get my car. Three employees were standing there talking. That was not a good experience for the $50.00 a night. Over all a few things should be addressed. Parking is overpriced. Rooms very nice. I would stay here again.

The staff was amazing, we had an issue with the air not being cold enough but they sent a person up immediately. The rooms were clean the view was amazing and the valet parking was wonderful. Can't say enough about this hotel.

From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was impressed with the Hyatt Hotel! The doorman helped us with our luggage, and walking into the lobby was a breath of fresh air—clean and absolutely stunning. Customer service from every staff member was top-tier. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. I especially loved the complimentary wine tasting (just a heads-up: it’s one glass of wine per day. The hotel pick). They also give you a $5 voucher to use at their corner store, which was a nice touch. The hotel really seems to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. One thing that blew my mind—we were able to log in to our own Netflix account to watch shows. How nice is that? The location is also a major plus—everything is within walking distance. Each day, they had fresh fruit- or cucumber-lemon-infused water available in the lobby. Hands down, I loved staying here and would absolutely do it again!

We loved our room and the location was perfect! Walkable to the main strip nearby. Lots of dining and entertainment options. Very clean and beautiful property with friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

Great location

We had a nice time, the check in was great and everyone was friendly. The $50 parking is steep but it’s normal for many hotels especially in cities. At checkout the valet was a bit of a cluster but they found my truck and we just had to walk around more but it was ok still. The location was great and look forward to coming back.
