I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but there are a few minor issues that would make this a great hotel. First and foremost, the staff is outstanding, but you cannot get any food until 4 o’clock. Our room was spacious and quiet as was the courtyard. The problem arises when you go to the pool area being on Bay Street. It was quite loud with traffic noise. While we were sitting at the pool, I would’ve liked to been able to order some food and drink. This was not an option for this hotel. Again, I would stay at this hotel because the staff was outstanding and the room was well kept and quiet, but not for the pool area and lack of food service this would’ve been a five star hotel.

The room was dated and not well maintained. Bathroom ceiling peeling, closet knob missing, bathroom hook missing, bathroom vent not working, dirty glasses at the minibar area, main door paint peeling, hallway many carpet stains, breethway had red wine stains on the floor for two days and the faucet at the ladies bathroom in the lobby area is leaking.

Everything was fine, room was clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We would have preferred our room being closer to the main hotel. Valet parking was very expensive— $52 per day plus a requested/expected tip.

The property was great, very nice courtyard and amazing staff. Only item to work on would be the nasty wet dog smell in the elevators, but hey, they accept all pets so I'm good with it!
