Clean room, staff, and amenities were all wonderful. The indoor pool was an absolute gift for my pregnant daughter-in-law. Didn’t get to sample the breakfast bar because had to be at Savannah Memorial Hospital at 4:00 a.m., but I’m sure it was great.

The rooms are spacious, and th end is comfortable. Clean rooms on arrival, but truly the highlight of our stay would be the EXCELLENT customer service Ortezia showed my friends and I our entire stay! Real person here ... I've stayed at this hotel in 2024 and 2025, and both times my expectations were exceeded. Most recently, the room was absolutely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked. No complaints. Breakfast was somewhat limited on New Year's Day, but otherwise pretty good. I'll stay again next time I'm in Savannah.
