Its December and cold, thermostat was only pushing cold air instead of heat. Reached out and were advised they created a work order for someone to look at it. I spent 5 days and no one ever showed up, but one day a space heater was in front my door, which did horrible at heating up entire unit. I was already under the weather and went home feeling worse. The sofa bed is the absolute worse, just throw it away, no one should have to sleep on that. And the reviews are right walls are extremely thin, i can even hear my neighbor opening bags. I would'nt stay here again.

The location is great but the apartment is not in tip top shape. The shower door had to be slammed shut, there was peeling paint and caulk and just a general feeling of being rundown. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the nearby units.

Horrible stay, no ac 85 degree room, took a clothing item after we left, 1 month now and I still haven’t received my partial refund which I had to demand.

Room was clean, but the lighting is poor. Dim in places and too bright in other places. No dresser to store clothing. No towel racks in the bathroom or hooks to hang wet towels. Shower products are on the floor, not a shelf which is a little tricky for us old folks. Bed was very comfortable but low which makes it awkward to get out of.

Wonderful location, but I wouldn’t go again. The code they sent me was missing a key and the towel in my room had huge holes in it. The room also smelled strange. However, it was clean and a five minute walk from anything.
