Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious and clean. There were no tea or coffee provided in the room. Also, there were only 2 glasses and 2 mugs. There was no plates or bowls provided. Otherwise, it was quick comfortable and location was good.

Hello, The location I visited, which was shown on Expedia, had a completely different address, and I was very unsatisfied with this. Not only were we exhausted from our trip, but we still had to carry all of our luggage to the other Randor location. This was absolutely disappointing. I even contacted you to confirm the address weeks before our trip and was informed that it was the correct one. However, once we arrived, the front desk told us it was the wrong location. This was very upsetting and made our stay inconvenient. Please update your address and inform customers of the correct location for their stay. Many thanks, Marie

とても綺麗なお部屋に泊まれました！ チェックイン以外でスタッフさんとの関わりがなかったですが、テキパキと対応してくれて悪い印象はなかったです！ 連泊の場合、タオルの補充は自分で行う必要があるので少し手間ですが、フロントが閉まっている時間はフロント横にタオルが出されているので困ることもなく滞在できました！ また札幌に行く機会があったら利用します！

一人でのダブルルームユースだったが、予想外に広くてキレイな部屋で驚き‼️ベッドも２つあるし、トイレは独立、バスルームもオシャレなバスタブにレインフォレストシャワー、洗面所は女優ミラーにRefaのドライヤー。控えめに言って最高の部屋でした。狭い部屋だとホテルで過ごすのがツライけど、このホテルは部屋で過ごしたくなります。

お部屋は広く、バスルームも綺麗でした。 バルミューダのケトルやリファのドライヤーなど、設備も満足です！ 私は一泊だけなので関係ありませんでしたが、連泊中はお掃除のサービスがないようです。 立地は若干治安が良くなさそうなところでしたが騒音なども特に気になりませんでした。 一点だけ、白湯を飲むために備え付けのカップを使いましたが、床から近い位置に置いてあったからか結構な量の埃が沈んでいたのに、飲んでる最中に気付いてちょっとショックを受けました、、。 カップやグラスに何か被せるか、逆さにして置いたほうが良いと思います、、。

地點極度方便，酒店乾淨，最重要的是房間相對其他酒店比較較大，價錢合理。唯一的問題就是這酒店沒有每天收拾酒店的服務，有點像service Apartment，前台也不是二十四小時的。
