A swanky hotel in the heart of Sapporo. The bed and room are clean and comfy, and they have a café for guests if you're looking for some light dinner or drinks. A fantastic location for the hotel too, with a Donquijote right across the street, malls just steps away, and a short walk to Susukino for some eats and drinks.

Best location ever! Loved this hotel and the beautiful room! We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go to. Awesome access to the underground mall as well as a convenience store. 10/10 would stay again!

Convenient location for shopping and dining as the hotel is on the main shopping street and accessible via the underground mall (Pole town). Easy access to Susukino and Odori stations and to the streetcar. Bus options are available and there is a taxi stand across the road too. Walkable to attractions in the city such as Nijo market, Odori Park, Sapporo clock tower, and Sapporo TV tower. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guests were also given 3 Knot coins per guest per day and you can use it to redeem drinks, snacks and dessert at the restaurant at level 2.

The only place to stay in Sapporo! Everything is right at the doorsteps. Stayed here 3 times now. Will always be back. The staff and resturant staff was all the same friendly and courteous

Great hotel

Had a lovely time in The Knot for our first time in Sapporo. Location is really good. Everything is just doenstairs and walking distance. Loved the coins during our stay which we were able to exchange for free meals. My husband was able to try japanese whiskey with the coins.
