Muito perto de tudo, íamos andando para os pontos turísticos, tem uma estação de metro bem na esquina da frente. Recepcionista Martín muito prestativo explica tudo, dá ajuda, prepara o café no horário que pedimos. Cama muito boa , Dica escolham quarto com janela, pois no verão é muito quente e não tem ar condicionado.

Na primeira diária, fiquei num quarto com janela interna, sem espelho e WC compartilhado. Na segunda diária, mudei para um quarto com WC privativo. Senti que o cheiro de madeira antiga, poderia ter cheiro de cera perfumada, o atendimento dos trabalhadores (as), foi muito gentil e prestativo. Ter seu alimento etiquetado para o seu consumo, foi bem prático. Mas sugiro, melhor variedade em frutas no café da manhã. Senti falta de café coado em garrafas térmicas.

Recepcionista noturno extremamente simpático e atencioso. O hotel é muito bonito e organizado. Café da manhã simples e gostoso. Apenas 2 pontos a melhorar: o aquecedor não dava conta do frio, sempre ficando por volta de 20•C; a limpeza e retirada do lixo ocorreu apenas no check out, passando uma semana sem que o lixo fosse retirado.

Ótima escolha! Incrível!

Incrível! O local tem uma arquitetura antiga porém muito bonita. O quarto 03 tem uma vista para uma linda igreja, cama bem confortável, água do chuveiro e pia bem quentinha, rua iluminada, localização privilegiada por várias opções de transporte público. Fomos super bem atendidos pelos funcionários, em especial, o Sr. Pablo, sempre muito solícito e cordial, auxiliando em nossas dificuldades e imprevistos. Café da manhã reforçado e apesar da variedade não ser grande, os alimentos servidos são de boa qualidade. Dispõe de uma cozinha de uso comum bem equipada e com a opção de solicitar o café da manhã antes do horário, em dias de passeio. Muito bom!

Bom, bonito, barato e a simpatia está lá dentro

Hotel cumpre o que promete. Pessoal muito atencioso e prestativo. Café da manhã simples mas dentro das espectativas. A casa é muito bonita e bem cuidada. O único senão é que há quartos sem ventilação externa. Se possível, ao solicitar os quartos, peça aqueles com janelas externas. Aí você terá não só um quarto muito mais arejado, mas também com uma vista incrível!

Boa hospedagem!

Hospedagem fica localizada no centro de Santiago, um pouco distante dos bairros hoteleiros. Mas asa que prejudique a estadia. É necessário manter um pouco de atenção e cuidado nessa região no período noturno. A hospedagem foi muito confortável e o quarto era bem espaçoso. O café da manhã é “auto-serviço” e tem geladeira e fogão à disposição do hóspede. Funcionários são bem atenciosos e prestativos.

The self service breakfast was really good and convenient. You could eat breakfast as early or late as you'd like. Hotel looked nice and had a lots of artwork on the walls.
