The location is terrific as the hotel starts on the 17th floor directly above a mall. It is also very close to a metro station. The surrounding area is walkable with many restaurants and cafes. The view from the rooftop bar is spectacular.

The staff were amazing. Rooftop bar has fantastic views over Santiago, very clean room with amazing views over the city and the breakfast was quality. Just to make a point, the staff are really good and super helpful.

Fridge was awful, it didn't work at all. Pillows were very uncomfortable but bed was OK. Check-in was very slow. Location was great, next to the train and shopping centres. Overall I wouldn't stay again.
