The staff were not too friendly. I've forgotten a t shirt there and they weren't helpful in locating at all. The shuttle was not the easiest to arrange - waited 25 minutes for it, wasn't communicated very well. The hotel reception needs a refurbishment.

Our check-in was very much appreciated on how well we were treated after a questionable taxi ride. Do not trust the taxis at the airport. We had trouble reserving the shuttle from the airport to the hotel only because we did not have a contact telephone number to provide them.The desk clerk went out of her way to welcome and accommodate us.

Great rooms.

Spacious room. Good walk in shower. Super comfy bed and pillows. Had to depart early so didnt have breakfast but staff were setting up as we left and looked extensive. Pool and gym which we also didn't have time for. Less than 10 mins from airport with free half hourly shuttle service. However, despite emailing several times in advance to tell them we needed the 5.30am shuttle they didn't action. Had to get up even earlier to take the 5am as only spots available on the bus. The guy on the check in desk was not at all helpful with this issue. Aside from this great place to stay at a reasonable price for a layover.

The hotel was surrounded def by razor wire and a gated compound. But as a transit hotel to and from the airport it was excellent We just stayed in and used the pool Organising the pick up before from the airport was complicated but done The area around the pool was old and not really clean but the rooms were excellent Staff were very pleasant sand had some good food options

This was one of my favorite hotels in Santiago until one of the alarms 🚨 ‼️started going on while I was half sleep I couldn’t figure it out. If it was inside or outside, finally I wake up called from desk and they were busy until someone came and close the door. People that are leaving they don’t care if they leave the door open. This system is insane and pointless and the pick up from the airport a nightmare i submitted my request in Expedia sent multiple texts through WhatsApp and they don’t care I stayed 2 times with them and same problem. The fist time the told me everything was ok but they never told the chofer second time never replied

An excellent option with free airport shuttle

The shuttle is good but needs booking in advance, and the return to the airport gets full quickly - but definitely a huge convenience/bonus to have this. Super hotel with exceptionally comfy beds and blackout curtains, and good sound-proofing too. Super quick WiFi and breakfast, while not fantastic, was certainly more than adequate and filling. Overall highly recommended, especially after a long flight (and we're so grateful they let us check in very early).
