Please note: The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety and the driveway has an arbor above it, with a 9’ 8” clearance. If you have one of these height-restricted vehicles, such as tall trucks, rooftop bike racks, or sprinter vans, you will need to park it on 38th Avenue.
