Had a great 3 night stay at Pasatiempo. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it had all expected amenities including a mini fridge and microwave. Parking was available right outside of the room, and the lobby and grounds were well kept. The location is great, about a mile outside of downtown Santa Cruz so groceries, restaurants and shops are very accessible. Staff was very friendly and professional. They have a restaurant and bar onsite but I did not eat there. Overall I am very happy with the accommodations and price. The only down side was the traffic noise as the hotel is right next to a major highway. Obviously this is no fault of the hotel and management, and I’m a light sleeper so I’m probably bothered by this more than most. I would definitely consider staying here again but would consider other options due to the traffic noise.

The room was clean and modern, but relatively basic. My only wish would be that they serve breakfast (instead of just cold muffins & coffee in the lobby) ... but the lobby is very pleasant!!

The Inn at Pasatiempo - Clean room with nice accommodations. Friendly staff were very helpful. We stayed in the King suite with fireplace. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was fantastic. It was nice to have a restaurant on site with both food and drinks that were great. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive.

TV was a good size and worked fine. The room was clean, but not cozy. No carpeting or comfy chair. Bed sat up too high off of floor. I almost fell out one night!

Really nice spacious and hidden secret type of place! Very close to everything and the freeway. They offer $10 off to customers who eat at their very own restaurant and even provide free parking. It’s spacious and close to trees and woodsy areas. Not so much walkable but a very nice place to stay if you’re driving. Will definitely recommend as it was completely quiet and peaceful the whole time.
