Well, the 12:30am knock next door from the Santa Cruz Poloice Department to vacate the property was awakening and another hour of sleep lost, then, the 6am room alarm clock went off that I did not program, but, other than that the stay was good. I have stayed here before and no problems. The staff is great, location is great, hope for some compensation? Best, Mr. Duncan

We loved the two room, two king sized beds option. It was great for our family. The hotel is also perfectly situated near the beach and downtown Santa Cruz. Free parking and great price for great location.

Yes the hot tub is hot enough and parking if you have one vehicle was good if you don't have only one vehicle and it's a nightmare you have to try to find 24-hour parking and there isn't any in the area.

You get what you pay for. Freezing pool, tiny hot tub. Stinky and not-cold in-room fridge. Gross, dirty lobby with nothing inviting about it. In-room chairs 100 yrs old and stiff. only redeeming quality is location to ocean.
