We had a great 2 night stay here with our two younger children. The kids loved the pool and hot tub& the short walk to the beach. The pacific point market across the street also has the BEST breakfast burritos!! We would stay again.

Friendly staff, Clean rooms, great location, well priced. This hotel is a stones throw from the Pier and Beach. 5 min walk. and a 2 minute drive to Downtown. Many Hotels in Santa Cruz that allow pets are not worth staying at, This hotel is always clean and is well kept. I also commend the cleaning staff.

My only complaint is the pool was ice cold and supposed to be heated 1 of the main reasons for choosing this hotel heated pool and close to the boardwalk and dinning

Very nice choice

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer all the amenities you need, including a coffee maker. Conveniently located. Bathroom/tub was a little run down but still clean.

The shower was extremely hard to turn on we had to call the staff to help us. They came right away and offered to change our room. The room served our purpose for overnight as we were driving home from a family event. We wouldn’t stay for more than one night.

A comfortable stay

I spent one night at the Ocean Pacific Lodge and found it to be very friendly and comfortable. It feels like a budget hotel with some nice amenities, like a coffee maker and a microwave and a refrigerator. The person at the front desk was lovely. The bed was adequate, the pillows were a little hard, the towels were soft and clean, the toiletries provided were very nice. I thought the price was excellent for what I got, and I would definitely stay here again.
