We enjoyed our stay here. The room was really clean. The bathroom was really nice. Our only issue was one of the TVs in the room didn’t work at all. Other than that, it was really nice. The staff was really friendly.

Noisy. Not quite almost 400.00 worth for one night. Had a nose strip stuck on the blinds. A/C didn’t work properly, windows were stuck and difficult to open. Bed was really hard and had stains on covers.

The people were really nice when checking in. The only negative thing i would say about the hotel is the rooms need updating. The hotel is a short walk to the Board walk very nice and convenient. There are people at the Board walk taking you to your hotel by bike taxi if you would like, if you are close by.

Entering the room it had a musty, moldy smell. Bathroom floor still had hair from another person on it. Front door had no safety lock. Water damage to the walls (probably what I was smelling). The worst part of the stay was this is a VERY loud hotel. The guests above me or next to me were partying well after 1am. I called down to the front desk twice and still didn’t hear them stop banging until after 3am. The front desk was rude on the phone like I was making it up! This hotel is VERY overpriced for what you get. I will not stay here again and I do not recommend it.

Once again, we had a wonderful day at the ocean Pacific Lodge! We really like the owners, they’re very lovely people. The bed is comfortable the room is clean, it’s in a great location and the parking is free.

Nice hotel in north Santa Cruz. Room was clean and comfortable but in need of updates/repairs. Shutter were broken and furniture warm and damaged. We were just there for a quick stay but would stay again if not looking for something closer to the water.
