Parking was plentiful and not costly at all. A lot of greenery surrounding this hotel. Pool is amazing. Showers and faucets provide excellent water pressure. Everything is properly clean and sanitized daily. Great lobby for work or business activities, allowing for an environment where one can work peacefully. Will book again if I visit Santa Cruz in the future.

Staff was nice and helpful. Mattresses were uncomfortable. One mattress was completely broken down - could feel the springs. Breakfast was okay.

Room was comfortable and clean. The lighting was not as bright as I like it. I was able to manage. The food was delicious and hot when brought out to the table. Everyone was really nice from check-in to check-out. Convenient location to all the food restaurants.
