It’s always great to stay at the Hilton Scott’s Valley. I know the grounds are well maintained, the front desk is always pleasant, and the room will be clean. I just wish they would get rid of the parking fee. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Santa Cruz.

Whenever we are in the area, we love staying in this wonderful hotel with our fur baby! Great staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Very convenient for the 17 yet traffic cannot be heard from the hotel. We will be be back!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable making it hard to sleep. The rest of the hotel was fine, but given the main purpose for a hotel room is to sleep, I had to ding the hotel for the awful bed.

We were visiting UCSC so just needed the room to rest and take off to continue exploring. Room was clean and spacious- perfect for my son and me. We knocked out right away- beds were comfy. The outside area looked really nice too- with trees.

The front desk did not ask for auto information. The next morning there was a notice on my car that there was no record of why I was in my parking lot. Now a firm is trying to collect $75 for me being there. That is not going to happen. Kind of like a SCAM.

The property has a serious mildew/mold issue in many of the guest rooms and was unable to provide suitable accommodations so we declined to stay there. My credit card was charged by the property at 10:30 AM way before check in and they were not willing to provide a refund until the wonderful staff at Hotels.com stepped and called the front desk clerk directly. This property is a disgrace to the Hilton brand - I have been a HHonors member for 30+ years and achieved Diamond status for most of these, but will probably never stay at a Hilton property again unless someone from their corporate office reaches out to me with assurances this will never happen again at a Hilton property.
