Rooms really musty and smell. Feels like 1970s. Very delapidated restaurant and basic coffee in the morning. They also now charge for everything. Parking used to be free. Wifi and water too. They now charge for everything.

The view was nice. The room however stunk like greasy fried shrimp that hovered in the air. Turned in the AC with the door open to dissipate the odor. Slept all night with the slider open as the smell was overwhelming. Attempted to change rooms but it was too much with 95 year old. Brought to hotels attention first night and they sent housekeeping with spray bottle. Didn’t last. Hotel needs to compensate for at least 1 night. Thx

Nice hotel to stay when visiting Santa Cruz area. The hotel is conveniently located close to freeway, it is easy to get to town. The hotel has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended and will definitely go back to stay there again for future visits.

It’s a beautiful property, everyone was kind and nice . The bar was fun and hot large enough for 8-10 .

Pull out sofa not suitable for adults. Expedia or Hilton would not be flexible on breakfast vouchers. We paid for a suite with our 2 kids but nobody could help us get 2 more breakfasts. Especially as Expedia had one price for this.

It was a beautiful facility friendly staff from reception to whomever restocks the pool towels however I didn't know I had to pay for parking other than that it was lovely no one overstepped it was truly wonderful
