I liked the openness of the space and layout. I did really enjoy the condition and size of the room. The tv remote/ buttons was very sticky and dirty. There was not a robe or slippers in the room you needed to ask for a set. The alarm clock was also broken and not working. There was a hole in the wall that had not been repaired yet. The bathroom also didn’t have a lot of space to hang wet towels/clothing after using the pool to dry. The staff really do make this place they are always smiling and ready to help. It’s was really just the conditions I experienced I did not expect.

We paid for a king room and got a queen bed. When we requested room service they didn’t give us clean water glasses. Staff was nice, property was cool, but some things were poorly maintained. Cabanas are charged, parking $25 night, you can’t bring your own snacks or drinks to the pool. The lobby was very cool with comfortable seating.
